FRIENDS. While he's friends with all members of the Unions, his only close friends would currently be Sora and Kairi. Riku is rather distant and becoming his friend would be an unfortunately... well. Not easy process? He would respond more to people who approach him first instead of those waiting for him, despite the fact that he does appear rather standoffish and scary.

Still, he has a bit of a soft spot for the shy ones, and can easily temper himself and make himself seem far gentler if it's obvious he's working with someone who's more skittish than usual. Of course, this would be less for a friendship and more for a Master/Student relationship, but it could turn into a friendship from there.

ENEMIES. If you're a villain, you're an enemy. There's really no exceptions to this.

ROMANCE. So you know how Riku isn't really one to approach you for friendship? It goes double for romance. As a graysexual, Riku is not at all romantically inclined. It's not off the table, but it's something that the other person would have to instigate and would have to be incredibly patient with. Riku isn't one to really understand a lot of couple things, and he's clumsy with emotions, and very... uncomfortable with touchy-feely emotional situations.

The writer behind Riku would love for him to find love, but I also can see him being a bit too walled off for this to happen. But if you're interested don't be afraid to approach me! Just know that he really won't ever drop any signs or hints and he won't pick up on signs or hints either. You basically need to shoot a flare gun that says 'I like your face' in his face for him to get a clue. Or whack him with a Clue-By-Four. Or grab his face and scream 'I like your shit'.

FRIENDS. All Union members, especially other Gaians! But honestly, anyone that Babel meets is either her friend or a Potential Friend that she just hasn't fully made yet. She just has to talk to them to get to know them.

And talk she will. Getting Babel to talk isn't the hard part. It's getting Babel to shut up that's the trick that no one's ever really managed to learn.

ENEMIES. No one. Nope, nuh-uh, no one. Everyone's a potential friend, even if you're not a part of the Union. She just has to get a chance to know you and she's absolutely positive she'll be able to win you over.

ROMANCE. Romance? Like love and hearts and stars and all those wonderful magical things that come along with romance?

Babel is a sucker for romance. She loves it, but when it comes to romancing her, she... well. Would be confused? Any sort of affection like that she would just try to offer back towards the other person, assuming it was meant as a type of 'give and take', not as a 'oh you care about me!' type of gesture. She'd just be. Perplexed! By the idea of someone loving her and specifically her.

"K-kupo! You want to make sure you have spells and abilities before you go into battle, so look over my wares!

"Buy anything at level one will cost you 250 munny. Upgrading it to level two will cost it an additional 500 munny. Level three will cost an additional 750 munny, and level four is an additional 1000 munny.

"I offer refunds, but I'll only give you half of what you paid, kupo!"

• Aero: Whips the target up in the air and slams them down to cause damage. The strength of the wind increases as the spell is leveled up.
• Blizzard: Several icicles are fired out, stabbing at the targeting and potentially freezing them. The number of icicles and the size of them increases as the spell is leveled.
• Cure: 25% of the target's health is healed. An additional 25% is added with each level of this spell.
• Dark: The target is blinded and minor damage is done as well. Blinding lasts longer as well as more intense damage.
• Fire: A ring of fire circles the caster, burning targets around them. The circle grows in size and intensity as the spell is leveled.
• Gravity: The target is dragged down to the ground and a quarter of their life is cut off. This amount is increased by an additional 10% with each level.
• Holy: Three orbs of lights circle the caster before shooting towards their target. The size of the orbs, and the power behind them, increases with each level.
• Lightning: A single stream of electric energy shoots down from the sky towards the caster's target. This can be blocked by the target standing beneath something. The number of streams increases with each level.
• Poison: The target is inflicted with negative status effects. With each level, the number of effects increases. They are: Poison (slow drain of life every turn), Dizziness/Confusion, Silence, and then Sleep. Inflictions are the only stat that undergo a dice roll to see if they are inflicted, and they wear off after the number of level the spell is.
• Protect: Magic and physical attacks are lessened. The effect lasts for the one plus the level the spell is.
• Stone: Rocky protrusions are ripped from the ground and stab at the target. The number of protrusions, and the size, increase with each level of the spell.
• Water: Water whips at the target and can be used to try to suffocate it. The size of the water blob increases with each level of the spell.
• Zero Gravity: The target is lifted into the air before being slammed to the ground. The height they are lifted to increases with each level of the spell.

• Ars Arcanum: A blinding flurry of multiple attacks. This ability is only available at level four.
• Aura: Multi-rush the enemy, then drive your weapon into the ground to make a shockwave. This ability starts off at level three and can be leveled up once more to add an elemental flare to it.
• Dive: Create a shockwave around your character. This ability can start at level one and, at level two, can gain at elemental addition to it.
• Edge: Three strong attacks. Upgrading it increases the power of the attacks. At level three, an elemental flair can be added.
• Guard: Guard against an attack. This can be set as a passive ability during a user's turn and can be used to protect another from an attack starting at level two. At level three, an elemental flair can be added to it. At level four, damage can be countered.
• Splicer: Stop an enemy in its tracks, then warmp around as you pummel it. This ability is only available at level 3. At level 4, an elemental twist can be added to it.
• Strike Raid: Throw your keyblade (or sword) for long-distance damage! Upgrade it for further range. At level three, an element can be added.
• Surge: Charge your enemy. Upgrade it for more knockback damage. At level three, elemental damage can be added.

BATTLES

We have stats on the site. We have spells and abilities. So shouldn't we have battles?

Yes!

There's going to be two types of battles-- Team, and PVP.

For Team battles, players will group up into teams of three with a member from each union. This should seem a bit familiar for players who are familiar with MMOs or even table top RPGs, but essentially we're going to be putting you together into teams of Tank, DPS, and Healer. Once you get together into those teams, you can sign up to go off and kill Boss Heartless, such as Orcus, Behemoth, Darksides, and others. Taking these beasts down will each you munny and the team that can take down the most in a month will be the winner for the month.

So how do you fight them?

First, you can sign up to fight a heartless boss that's as strong as the strongest member of the group. Because of this, be careful! You can easily wind up overwhelmed if your group is under prepared!

There's going to be a signup board with missions, detailing where these powerful heartless can be found. You post and staff will either accept or deny it. The thread will then be started with the heartless hunt commenced.

After several posts, staff will join in with an NPC post introducing the NPC heartless and giving its stats and any notable abilities or spells it might have. From there, it goes in a turn based fashion. Remember how much mana your characters have so you know how many spells you can use in a turn, remember to keep track of your cooldowns (recommended you put them at the bottom of your post), and it's a good idea to keep track of your health in the post as well. Health is determined by the number of stars you have. Hits will take away roughly half a star.

Eventually either the heartless will die or the player characters will be KO'd.

So how do PVP fights work?

This is where you can earn points for your Union. Players can step into an arena and fight players from other Unions. Winning earns munny and points for your Union. At the end of the month, an award will be given to the Union with the most points.

Fighting is done similarly, only abilities and spells are used directly against other players and not heartless. Staff are not involved in these except to referee if asked.
